Your sleep data
This server never sees your sleep data. The file is read and converted on your own device.
Your formatted rows
Paste it into the template
- First time: make your own copy of the template (template link below), click cell A2, and paste. The chart appears beside the rows within a second or two.
- Every time after: Sleep Cycle exports your whole history every time, so click A2 and paste over the top again. It replaces what’s there; it doesn’t append. Anything you have written in the notes column is kept — the paste only covers the dates, the hours and the total.
Before you read your chart
On two nights a year the clocks change and the columns won’t add up.
Twice a year a day isn’t 24 hours long. On the night the clocks go back, 1am happens twice — both hours land in the single 1am column, so the columns come up an hour short. On the night they go forward, 2am never happens at all. Either way the total at the end of the row is your real sleep time, so it’s the columns that are off, not the total.
These are hours in bed, not hours asleep.
The hours come from what Sleep Cycle recorded as time in bed, which runs a little longer than the time you were actually asleep.
