Nothing to install. This server never sees your sleep data.

See how you actually sleep before you try to fix it.

Two reasons:

  1. Your sense of how you’ve been sleeping is an impression. This is the record.
  2. You can’t tell whether a change helped without knowing what came before. This is the before.

You stop guessing at your sleep and start steering it.

A Google Sheets grid. One row per night from 11/06/23 onward, one column per hour from 6pm through 5pm, green cells marking the hours asleep, and each night's total in the last column.
One row per night, one column per hour. This is what you get back.

How to read it

The same twenty-one nights, annotated. One row per night, one column per hour of the clock from 6pm through 5pm the next day; green marks the hours in bed and the last column holds the night's total. A teal line traces the hour sleep began: it swings between about 10pm and 3am rather than drifting steadily. In the first week one night in seven began after midnight; across the next two weeks, ten of fourteen did.
Twenty-one nights of one person’s real export. The pattern is the point: not how much sleep, but when — and how steady that is.
